Who we are

Blackleaf AV is run by Steve Littlemore in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@blackleafav.com.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and loads nothing from other companies. Like any website, our server keeps short technical logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are overwritten automatically after a short period.

Blackleaf AV Remote

To connect a stream, our service processes the IP addresses of the sending laptop and viewers, plus technical connection details. Video and sound travel encrypted between devices, either directly or through Cloudflare's relay service when a network requires it. We don't record or store your video or sound. Passcodes and access keys are never written to our logs, and stream sessions are kept in memory only and deleted when the stream ends or expires.

Where your data is processed

Our servers are in London (DigitalOcean). The relay service is provided by Cloudflare, which may carry traffic through its global network.

If you email us

We use your details only to reply to you, and keep our emails for as long as needed to help you.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@blackleafav.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
